        Property inspected at least once a month.
        Reporting to the Board of Directors on findings.
•  Subcontractor Listing:
        List of current and optional contractors for ongoing and emergency work.
•  Emergency (24-hour) Availability:
        To address any emergency call that may come in after business hours.
